Kindly Please note: The second text message we send (as a follow-up review request) in this example series includes a photo overlaid with a personal greeting that once your account is set up, would be a photo specific to your business. It's an optional feature that we can turn on or off for you to help your customers remember you fondly. There is a slightly higher chance of a carrier blocking a text message that includes a photo.

Kindly Please note: Clicking any of the trackable review request links in the example text messages and emails will stop follow-up review requests from being sent to you because we interpret the link click as the customer having taken action to leave a review. (In order to see all of the follow-up messages, click the review request link after receiving the final text message and email.)
